I Enjoyed my Time in Eataly

Let's keep this short and sweet. I was looking forward to cannoli, gelato, wine, and bread. I was not very intrigued by the idea of spaghetti, ravioli, linguini, and pasta carbonara. After the trip, I was exceedingly satisfied with the gelato, wine, and bread I had consumed. Futhermore, I became a full-blown Carbdashian and have thus begun a passionate love affair with all things pasta. I never did find a cannoli though...which is my biggest regret.
